SOLD Piezo DX357

Extraordenary model. It used to be on a foot. It was used as a Ham microphone.

I chopped the foot and added a Switchcraft connector and a volume control in the back with a huge knob. Now you can see where you are regarding your volume.

I did not add an impedance transformer as the element already has a 500Ohm DC resistance. It sounds really sweet and warm. Lots of low!

It is suitable for a larger amp with enough headroom. On a smaller amp (5W) it is a little underpowered, but still very good tone. (On request I can add an impedance transformer).

All aluminum so very lightweight. Very good handling voor cupping.
